THE HSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The HSE Management system is the COTS's established system for communicating and integrating management's vision, values, policies and strategies to the organization. It includes methods for documenting work processes incorporating Health, Safety & Environment standards, assessing their effectiveness, analyzing and improving processes based on assessment results and working to deliver consistently excellent products and services to our customers This policy defines the goal and objectives of the company as determined by the Board of Directors.
